This site collects very little. This page says what, where it goes and what your rights are.

Who we are

www.stillsite.ai is run by Smarter Business Tech Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16362343, registered office Lytchett House, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset BH16 6FA. Smarter Business Tech is the data controller for anything you send through this site. Questions about this notice go through the contact page.

The contact form

When you send the contact form we receive your name, your email address and your message. They are emailed to us through Microsoft Azure Communication Services and kept in our mailbox for as long as we need them to reply to you and to keep a record of what was said, and no longer than is needed for that. We use them to reply, and for nothing else: no marketing list, no sharing with anyone.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that tells a person from a program. When the form page loads, Turnstile receives your browser’s details and your IP address in order to run the check. Cloudflare’s own privacy notice covers what it does with them.

Cookies and what the site stores in your browser

This site sets no cookies of its own. It stores two things in your browser’s local storage: the colour theme and the light, dark or auto mode you choose in the header, so the site remembers them, and your answer to the cookie question below. Those are preferences, not personal data, and they are never sent anywhere.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read, so we know what to write more of. It only runs if you press Accept on the bar at the bottom of the page; until then, and if you press Decline, nothing from Google loads and no analytics cookie is set. If you accept, Google sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by our property’s id, which last up to two years and tell Google Analytics that a visit is the same visitor returning. Google receives your IP address, which Google Analytics 4 does not store, the pages you view and how long you stay, and its own privacy policy covers what it does with them. We do not use the data for advertising and we have not turned on Google’s advertising features. You can change your choice at any time, or delete the cookies in your browser.

Hosting

The site is served by Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps, and its domain is looked after by Cloudflare. Like any web host, they keep short-lived server logs, which include the IP address of each visitor, in order to run and secure the service. We do not use those logs to identify anyone.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Ask through the contact page and we will reply within a month. If you are not happy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this notice

This notice was written on 26 September 2026 and is updated when the site changes what it collects. Google Analytics, behind the cookie question, was added on 9 October 2026.
